Weather Check
The best weather to shoot the outside shots is on Sunday, this is because the performers go college and won't be able to attend on weekdays and also Sunday is the only day which looks like Sun will be coming out despite the short time of sunshine it will be.
Location Of Video
One of our locations we decided to take the shot was a car park in Thornton Heath, this was to create a urban feel to the music video and also follow some conventions found in current music videos in the genre like flashy cars and also spending a lot of time on the streets. This creates a intimidating look especially if the video is shot whilst its dark.
Another location we decided to shoot our video is in a room just like this, preferably with minimal furniture in the background. This is to allow the performers to be them and use the space to create an intimidating look by making full use of the space also following conventions in the genre.
Change Of Performers and Song Choice
Unfortunately, due to circumstances with the previous performers, we won't be able to create the video with the previous performers, however we now have a group of performers who creates songs and are willing to perform one for my production and allow me to create a music video for them. This therefore will lead to a change in the genre of the production, however I don't believe more research will have to be done as already have a strong interest into the new genre of grime so the knowledge is already there. I will just have to undergo some planning and start production.
